Lady Black Tie Discount Code - October 2026

Most orders ship right away. These are shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase. As a company, they recommend ordering floor-length gowns well in advance of your event to allow time for any necessary alterations or hemming. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm EST and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are typically processed on Monday. Keep in mind that the shipping time frames are not from the time of checkout, but rather from the date the dress is processed and shipped. Once you place your order, it is immediately processed and sent to one of their many warehouses. Due to this, they're unable to cancel or modify your order once it's been placed. Shipping times depend on the chosen service. Please be aware that the provided estimates start from the date your order is shipped from their warehouse, not from the time of checkout. Delivery could take slightly longer for more remote regions or international orders. This is just an estimate and does not include Sundays, Holidays, or any weather delays USPS, UPS, or DHL Express may have in making the delivery. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

In the event you do not love your Lady Black Tie purchase, you can ship it back within 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered for an online store credit that never expires. They do not issue refunds for returns. Price adjustments will not be made for any past or future orders. Store credit is typically processed within 2-4 business days after it receives your return. You will receive a tracking number with your return label to monitor your package's journey back to them.
