KommandoStore accepts returns for unused items within a specified return period. Items must typically be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.

Their domestic returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, they can't offer you a refund or exchange. International returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or otherwise in the same condition that it was shipped in. Several types of goods are not eligible for returns. Perishable or consumable goods such as food, medical products, items like water bottles that may contact bodily fluids, digital goods such as gift cards or downloadable products are all non-eligible. In addition, some special event items ("gumball machine" et al.) and items explicitly marked as "all sales final" are not eligible for return. If a product is a made-to-order item (ex. a custom printed tee) and not fulfilled from their warehouse, they cannot accept returns or exchanges. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. If they cannot find a matching digital record of the sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the event that they have not sent your item yet (such as in the case of an order cancellation) the item may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. If you cancel an item marked as pre-order or pre-sale prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund.
