How are products shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders may take up to 72 hours to process. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Karen Kane does not offer weekend shipping. Shipping times can vary based on the method chosen and the delivery location. For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, Karen Kane only offers expedited and express shipping methods. International orders must clear import/export regulations, which could add to the shipping time of an order. Karen Kane currently does not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

What shipping options can I choose?

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Karen Kane currently offers 3 shipping methods for domestic orders: ground shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping. For international orders, Karen Kane uses Global Express, which is a combination of the carriers FedEx and USPS. Additional fees apply for 2-day shipping and overnight shipping, where available.

What's the exchange policy?

Exchanges can only be made on the same product for a different size or color. To start an exchange, visit Karen Kane's returns center. Exchanges are initiated when the original items being returned are in transit with the carrier. If the size/color you want is no longer in stock, you may return it for a refund. Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchange. An Item can only be exchanged a single time. If the Item doesn't work out, you can return it for a refund to your original form of payment. A $10 return handling fee will be applied. Karen Kane does not offer expedited shipping on exchanges.

What's the return policy?

Karen Kane accepts returns for merchandise purchased from karenkane.com within 30 days of receipt. If you select a refund to your original form of payment, you will receive a refund of the original selling price. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be subject to a $10 return fee if the prepaid label is used. If you choose to receive a store credit or exchange your items instead of a refund to your original form of payment, the $10 fee will be waived. You may also send merchandise back using any other traceable method at your own expense. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

How will my return be processed?

Once a return arrives at Karen Kane's warehouse, it will take Karen Kane 10 to 14 days to receive, inspect, and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

How can I track my order?

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the credentials you used to create your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Track Order" link for order status. If you are not a registered user, you can contact Customer Service at 213-599-8959 or by clicking on the "Help" tab located to the right of each page. Customer Service hours are 7 am to 5 pm (PST/PDT) Monday through Friday.
