ITA Airways Discount Code - October 2026

Once you become a Volare member, you can start earning points by purchasing flights sold and operated by ITA Airways or ITA Airways services. If you are a member of Club Smart, you will earn 10 points for every euro spent. In Club Plus, you'll earn 11 points for every euro spent. In Club Premium, you'll earn 12 points for every euro spent. In the Executive Club, you'll earn 13 points for every euro spent. Also, please note that in order to earn Volare points, you must enter your Volare code when you purchase and/or check in for your flight.

In your personal area, you can request missing flight points by using the "Request Points" function, by entering the remaining 10 digits of the ticket after the code 055.

It takes approximately 30 days from the date of your flight for your points to be automatically credited. In addition, the request must be made within 12 months of the date of the flight, and the flight must have been both sold and operated by ITA Airways.

There are two ways to travel using your points: you can request an Award Ticket or book a ticket in Cash & Points mode. In addition to airline tickets, you can also use your points to enjoy experiences with ITA Airways' partners, give them to someone special, and, in some cases, add extra services and travel in even greater comfort.

In case of non-use, for any reason, of the outbound flight, the request to maintain the validity of the ticket for the return flight only can be accepted if previously communicated to ITA Airways within 24 hours after the departure time of the unused outbound flight, for tickets purchased in Italy. If the departure time of the return flight is within 24 hours of the outbound flight, the communication to the Customer Center must be received at least two hours before the departure of the aforementioned return flight. The Customer Center will issue a new electronic ticket for the modified itinerary, for which it will be necessary to complete the check-in operations on the website (if available) or at the airport.

It is possible to request the correction of the name on the ticket issued by calling the Customer Center and upon payment of a supplement of €25.00. The ticket is not transferable, and the correction of the name is allowed only for changes attributable to the person holding the ticket and only for the correction of the attribution MR/MRS, typing error (maximum three characters), reversal between surname and first name, change of surname following marriage or divorce, change of legal name by decree or as a result of a change of sex, nickname to be replaced with full name.

At the moment, online bookings for tickets purchased online, via the app, or generated by Customer Center and Ita Airways Ticketing can be changed and/or refunded, also for trips that include flights of partner airlines. The important thing is that the ticket has a code that starts with 055.
