All standard orders are subject to a minimum $79 delivery charge once the delivery location is within a 100-mile radius of the supplier. Special order items may incur alternative delivery charges. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are dispatched in 5-10 working days. A signature may be required on receipt. All deliveries are completed by their fleet of partner trucks and distributors. In some remote areas of the US, a long-distance charge may apply for shipping.

Should you have a need to return goods or cancel an order, please email them at [email protected] with your returns request. Once the request has been completed their customer services team will provide you with further information for your return or cancellation. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting them. Please also note that orders can only be canceled 24 hours before dispatch. A request to cancel an order outside the 24-hour timeframe may result in your order not being canceled. When returning goods (except when goods are faulty), the customer will carry the cost of restocking the goods. This restocking charge is 30% of the value of the goods being returned. The customer will be subject to a collection charge where applicable. Insulation4US will still have the right to deny credit to the customer if the return is 30 days after the original ship date.

Refunds are processed in batches, depending on the date and time of order cancellation or amendment. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be approved and processed correctly. A further 5 working days need to be allowed for the refund to appear back on your statement. If you do not see your refund back on your statement within this 5-day period after your refund has been processed please contact their sales office. Some banks/credit card companies process transactions slower than others so allowing this time frame will ensure enough time for most banks to refresh their transactions.

If you wish to cancel your order, this can be done by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations cannot be taken over the phone or via any other communication medium provided online. When your cancellation email is received by their team, your order will be processed for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.

If you have any questions, please contact them at [email protected], or call them at 786-224-0029.
