Frequently Asked Questions

What is Gametime's return policy?

You can return your tickets within 24 hours of placing your order for 100% Gametime credit. The credit is valid for any future events. It must be used within 2 years of issuance to remain valid. Your order must be for 6 tickets or less. The event must be at least 72 hours away. Post Season Sports, Championship events, and specialty events (e.g. Playoff games, The Super Bowl, Music Festivals, and Multi-performer Concerts) are not eligible for return. Gametime is only able to accept one return per fan per 30 days under this protection. They are unable to accept a return on swap tickets that have been accepted.

What payment methods does Gametime accept?

Gametime accepts all major credit cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. When purchasing through the web, you will also see the option to pay through Affirm. Selecting Affirm is subject to their terms and approval.

What is Gametime's low price guarantee?

If you find a lower price elsewhere, they will give you Gametime credit equal to the difference between the lower price and their price plus 10%. To verify the pricing, they will request a screenshot of both sources with a timestamp within two hours of each other.

How do I submit a gametime price guarantee?

Email the Fan Happiness team either by replying to your booking receipt or sending a new email to [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your Gametime account, the price you paid for your seats on Gametime, where you found the lower price (including a complete link URL if you found the lower price on a website), and any other relevant info. Please attach a screenshot to your email as well.

What is Gametime's event cancellation protection?

If your event was canceled and not rescheduled, you'll automatically receive a full refund back to your original method of payment. You won't have to wait long to see your funds back - just 5 to 7 business days, on average! Plus, if you used Gametime credit, it's back in your account immediately, ready for your next adventure. Gametime works hard to verify cancellations as quickly as possible to keep you in the loop and your plans flexible.

Does Gametime have a mobile APP?

Gametime is the app that helps you score deals for all your favorite events! Now featuring Gametime Ticket Coverage, the most comprehensive service and protection policy in ticketing - included free with all purchases. Gametime is the top app for deals on last-minute tickets to sports, concerts, and theater. Gametime is a resale market, not the main provider of tickets.
