G-Star Discount Code - October 2026

Students can receive a 20% discount by joining and verifying their student status through UNiDAYS.

G-Star accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

Orders can be modified within 4 hours of placement by contacting customer service via phone or chat. After this, changes may not be possible, and the customer can contact the carrier once the order is shipped.

Orders can be shipped to a home, office, or other address (no P.O. boxes) in the United States. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100; a $7 fee applies for orders under $100. Delivery typically takes 6-16 days. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Orders may be left at the front door if safe, sent to a nearby pick-up location, or returned to G-Star as undeliverable. Delivery status can be tracked via the carrier portal or the G-Star website.

G-STAR offers a 60-day return policy. No prepaid return label is included. Products labeled 70% off have a $7 return fee deducted from the refund; all other items are eligible for free returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once the return is received and processed, it may take up to 5 days to reflect, and generally 7-12 days after the parcel is handed to the carrier. An extra 3 days may apply during sales or high season. G-STAR will not request confirmation of information via SMS or email for a refund.

G-Star does not offer exchanges. Customers must place a new order if they wish to receive different items. Refunds are issued for returned items once received by the distribution center.
