Wheels only: 4-7 business days. Tires only: 3-7 business days. Wheel & Tire Package: 14-21 business days. Fitment Industries is unable to ship items to PO Boxes unless it is only a smaller item like clothing or only lugs. In stock items should follow these timelines closely but these are estimates, not guarantees. Ceramic coating may add 2-3 business days. Additional shipping charges apply to anything shipped outside of the US (lower 48). If you're an international customer your government may charge duties or taxes when the product arrives. Fitment Industries does not pay for these additional taxes and fees. From Canada to Australia and everywhere in between - they ship to countries all over the world.

All returns must be approved before items are sent back. Just contact them to request a return authorization. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days. In some cases, they may need to recover certain costs associated with preparing and shipping your order. If their sales team recommended a size or specification that turns out to be incompatible, or if they made an error with your order, they'll work with you to make the return process easier - including waiving restocking or return shipping costs when the return is related to a fitment recommendation or order error on their part. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which varies based on the product and its manufacturer. For returns originating outside of the lower 48 U.S. states, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, including repacking, pickup, and transportation. If items are not packaged properly and are damaged during return shipping, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the damaged product. One-time services that they provide, such as ceramic coating, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on their part. All products must be returned in new, unused condition, with no damage and including all original accessories (such as center caps). Items returned with signs of use, unexpected damage, or missing accessories may be subject to increased restocking fees or may be refused at their discretion. Once a return is approved and received, most warehouse returns are inspected within 3 business days.

Just reach out to Fitment Industries for any order changes or cancellation requests and they will work with you to adjust your shipment. If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours from the time of purchase, these fees may be waived. The restocking fee is typically around 10-25%.
