By joining the FiltersFast.com Home Filter Club, you will enjoy the convenience of not having to reorder, cancel or modify your orders anytime, select delivery schedule that works for you, receive 10% off Filters Fast products, 5% off other products, and free shipping on all Home Filter Club subscription orders, and pay as you go.

Free shipping only applies to the upper 48 US states. Filters Fast offers various shipping methods. If you did not receive free shipping, it is because your order did not meet the total threshold, you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the U.S., or because you chose an alternative shipping option during checkout. If you believe your order met the specified requirements for free economy shipping and the option was still not offered due to an error, please contact Filters Fast for further assistance.

Filters Fast offers guaranteed same-day shipping on select products with your preferred delivery method every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. When guaranteed same-day shipping is available for an item, Filters Fast will state this on the item page, with the label 'Ready to Ship'. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must check out to have your items ship out the same day the order is placed. If an order is placed right at or after 2:00 PM EST, the order will ship the next business day. Filters Fast's business days are Monday through Friday.

During the checkout process, you will see drop-down boxes for state/country. If your state/country is not listed, this unfortunately means your order cannot be shipped to the chosen location. Please note that certain items, such as Filters Fast brand air filters, cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous US (Filters Fast cannot ship them to Hawaii or Alaska, and cannot ship them to Canada or other countries).

Filters Fast accepts returns for eligible items up to 365 days after the date the order was placed. To initiate a return, log into your account, find the order that needs to be returned, and click the gray " Return" button and follow the on-screen instructions. Returns are sent back through USPS.

If your order has not shipped, Filters Fast may be able to change it. Filters Fast has several ways for you to contact Filters Fast.
