If you are not satisfied with an Espro product when you receive it, or if one of Espro's products does not perform over time, you may return it to your local representative for a repair, replacement, or refund. Damage due to improper use, lack of cleaning, or wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. This is a factory guarantee, limited only by any applicable local laws, and does not cover incidental, consequential, or special damages.

What if I don't have a receipt?

If you received the product as a gift or lost the receipt, just email Espro at [email protected] with a photo of the defective item and your address, and/or the full name of the person who gifted it to you. Espro will attempt to locate the order for your warranty.

Espro ships to Contiguous USA, Alaska, and Hawaii. Contiguous USA orders valued $48.99 or less cost $10.00 for shipping, and all Alaska, and Hawaii orders cost $15.00 for shipping. Free shipping is only available for orders valued $49.00 or higher in Contiguous USA.

What's the return policy?

Espro allows 30 days for the return of unused products, based on the date the customer originally received the item. Espro offers refunds or replacements of unused merchandise less any associated shipping charges.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, you may follow the four steps below:
1. Please contact Espro Customer Service via PH: 800-684-8269 or Email: [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization number.
2. You can use the original box you received your Espro product in, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
3. Attach your new return label to the shipping box. Please use a traceable carrier and retain the tracking number for your records. Espro is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Once your return is received it will be inspected after which a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
