Delta Roam Discount Code - October 2026

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Delta Roam aims to have all orders placed and dispatched the next working day. Although swift delivery is still their priority, please allow for an additional day or two on dispatches at this time. The delivery services Delta Roam uses usually only deliver Monday-Friday, so orders are sent on Thursday. Please expect delivery on Monday.

No, Delta Roam now only ships to the United States and the United Kingdom. They don't ship to the EU, Asia, or Africa.

Please notify Delta Roam if you would like to return your order by contacting their customer service team with details of your order number and items for return by email at [email protected]. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when you return the goods to them. You should retain your proof of postage to provide proof to Delta Roam that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that they do not receive the returned parcel. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. If you wish to cancel your order but do not return such goods to Delta Roam within 14 working days of notifying them of cancellation, Delta Roam shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

All returns will be processed within 10 working days. Please allow for an extra 3-5 working days for the balance to appear in your account. Please note: Delta Roam will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, Delta Roam will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of their notification.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, Delta Roam will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify Delta Roam by contacting their customer service at [email protected]. You must notify Delta Roam of such a fault discovered within 14 days of the product arriving, and the item must still be in as-new condition with tags attached.
