They know that people sometimes order a part and then discover it's not exactly the one they need for the repair. They understand and want to work with you. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging and in good condition, free of damage. When a returned product comes back to them, they'll check it over to make sure it's in 'Like New' condition and free from damage such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by DB Electrical.

Their associates are ready to package and ship your order shortly after you place it. In fact, if you order by 2pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, they will ship it the very same day in most cases. All others will ship the next business day. Custom made items may require more time to ship. Their standard shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous states on qualifying orders over $50. They combine shipping to save on shipping costs if you purchase multiple items. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. These will not be marked as a gift. All shipping fees on orders outside of the 48 continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.

They feel that their products will deliver complete satisfaction, and they want you to feel that same sense of confidence when ordering. That's why they offer one of the best warranties in the vehicle and equipment parts business. They offer a full one-year warranty to back up their products. If you encounter any issues, they will work with you to make it right.

They stay in touch with you throughout the shipping process. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that will include ship date and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. In the email they will estimate the arrival date and provide a link to track your package.

For your convenience, they accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. They do not accept personal checks or money orders because they slow down order processing and shipping.
