Crazy Skates offers a Warranty for a period of 90 days after retail purchase, against material defects and workmanship. Crazy Skates USA warranty is covered by their Repair, Replace or Refund Policy and applies when you purchase online from Crazy Skates. Any claim on Warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase (please keep your original receipt). They can not verify or process a claim without proof of purchase.

Crazy Skates offers a 30-day return policy on all items. All returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Items not in their original packaging will be subject to a $5 repackaging fee. They offer Free Unlimited Returns and Exchanges through REDO. That option is available when you add the item to your cart for a $2.50 fee. If you do not purchase REDO, then you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. You can either use their commercial rates or your own carrier.

Crazy Skates does not offer exchanges and instead ask that, if you want a different size or product, you return your existing order and then reorder the new item. They've instituted this policy due to growing demand for their product and how quickly certain models or sizes can go out of stock. Ordering the new item right away ensures that you will receive the desired size or style, whereas if they wait until your return is received and processed there is a chance it will no longer be available.

Crazy Skates offers free standard shipping on orders over $50. Other shipping speeds and specific shipping partners can be selected from the options shown at checkout. They ship out all order received before 3pm EST on that same business day. Any order received after that 3pm cutoff time will ship on the next business day. They ship Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends. All shipments will be sent out from their Indianapolis warehouse. You will be provided a choice of shipping services and delivery speeds upon checkout. They do not ship to PO Boxes.
