Craighill Discount Code - October 2026

Craighill's 20% CashBack offer is how they reward their customers. This means that when you make a purchase today, you'll receive 20% of your total spending back as cash to use on future purchases. It's not a discount code. After a qualifying purchase, you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack as either a Visa gift card or a gift card to their store.

Purchase anything from the Craighill site and enter your store credit gift card number on the checkout page. Make sure to use the same email address when purchasing. Anywhere that accepts Visa, you can use your card, which is over 44 million merchants in more than 200 countries and territories.

Craighill aims to ship orders within two to three business days (excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted on specific products. You'll receive an email confirmation once their fulfillment team has packed your order, ready for courier pick-up. If you receive this notification after 2 pm EST, your package will likely be on the road the following business day.

Sure! Craighill processes exchanges upon receipt of the original items. To initiate an exchange for an order placed directly on their website, please visit Craighill's returns portal. Yes! Craighill offers gift cards in the amounts of $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, and $250. Discount codes can't be used to purchase a gift card. Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Gift cards also have zero processing fees.

Craighill sends the tracking number to you once their fulfillment team has packed your order, ready for courier pick-up. If you receive this notification after 2 pm EST, your package will likely be on the road the following business day. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update once scanned by the courier. Enter your tracking number directly into the courier's website for the most up-to-date information.

If your tracking information has not been updated in the expected timeframe, or is marked as "Delivered" when it hasn't arrived, please wait at least three business days before declaring the package lost. At this time, please also reach out to Craighill at [email protected] or click the live chat 'bubble' at the bottom right of their website with your order number and delivery address.
