    For all Coddle products, they offer a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. For the warranty to be valid, you must be able to provide the email address used to place the order and the original purchase confirmation email containing the order number. View more details here >>

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is Coddle's shipping policy?

    White Glove service is free on orders $1000 and up. Their White Glove delivery team will bring the piece to the room of your choice and assemble it in place. If requested, they will also remove all packaging materials. There is a 10% delivery fee on orders $999. On these smaller orders, that provide White Glove Delivery for couches and chairs; for Ottomans and Toppers, they provide Standard threshold delivery. With Standard delivery, they will bring the item to the front door of your house or apartment and meet you there. Smaller items are often sent via courier such as FedEx and UPS. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but they will share tracking information so you know when to expect your order. Your new Coddle furniture will typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Everything is shipped directly from their warehouse in Stockton, California.

    What is Coddle's warranty policy?

    For all Coddle products, they offer a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. For the warranty to be valid, you must be able to provide the email address used to place the order and the original purchase confirmation email containing the order number.
