All payments are non-refundable and a customer can cancel a free-trial at any time during the trial period prior to being billed. Once billing has commenced, it will continue on the same date every month, or for annual accounts, on the same date every year, until such time as the customer chooses to cancel their Captivate account. Captivate does not offer refunds for part months (or in the case of annual subscriptions, part years) or payments made if a customer fails to cancel their free trial prior to billing commencing. From time-to-time, Captivate may run special, "money-back guarantee" offers. These are at the discretion of Captivate Audio Ltd and during these offers, refunds may be offered on initial payments for a period up to 48 hours after the activation of a free-trial.

No. They're a podcast host for the serious creator and their whole feature set is designed to save you either time or money or to make you money. Their platform was built from the ground up with podcast growth in mind: they're constantly releasing new ways for you to grow and monetize your show, available at no extra charge on all plans and no restrictions, the only difference is the number of monthly downloads. Their plans start at $19 per month and covers you for up to 30,000 downloads. Also included is a 7-day free trial. Captivate works with podcasters who fit that description.

If a debit or credit card account is being used for a transaction, Captivate may obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the payment. If you enroll to make recurring payments automatically, all fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during the setup process. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information online. This may temporarily delay your ability to make online payments while they verify your new payment information.
