You can apply for a refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice. Their returns policy does not include manufacturer-warranted items. Please speak to their support department or email [email protected] if you believe your item has failed within warrantable circumstances. Where a product is faulty or broken, Butler Technik will provide a return shipping label via email. If an item is to be returned due to customer remorse or the wrong item was ordered, return shipping is the responsibility and cost of the customer.

If a return is due to ordering the incorrect item, or a change of mind, you will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method. Once they have received goods, they will then issue you a full refund, less any delivery charges. If you are unable to arrange a return, please contact them. They can arrange collection on your behalf, but a charge will be made, which will be deducted from your refund total. Where an order is returned due to ordering an incorrect item or a change of mind, any delivery charge made on the original purchase will not be refunded, as this is a service that is concluded at the point of order. Orders that have already been processed and/or dispatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to ButlerBus Technik Ltd for a refund following receipt of goods by the customer.
