The manufacturer will warranty for one year from purchase of all parts, workmanship, and finishes. It will be the manufacturer's option whether to repair or replace any of the above items. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover any liability on the part of North Atlantic Imports, its agents or employees, for any indirect or consequential damages for breach of warranty. The purchaser must follow the manufacturer's usage instructions. Under no circumstances is the manufacturer responsible for damages from the failure to operate the cooking station properly. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date with the original sales receipt.

Purchases made through Blackstone Products that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in any returned product. To initiate a return, please contact their Customer Service department at 435-252-3030 Ext. 1 during their business hours (7AM to 5PM MST, Monday through Friday) to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions. Refunds of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be credited back to the purchaser credit or debit card within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipments sent collect on delivery will not be accepted. Please note that all product bundles on their website are sold as a complete unit, and partial returns will not be accepted.

Everything shipped from their website is sent standard ground shipping from their warehouse in Utah. They ship Monday - Friday and most orders will leave their warehouse within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. When an order arrives depends on which area it is shipping to. In most cases, orders placed on their website will arrive in 7-10 business days, but this can be longer around major holidays or for large orders. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you should receive an automated email with your tracking information.
