They offer free shipping on orders over $199. For orders under $199, they will charge a flat rate shipping of $15. They do not offer overnight shipping currently. You can find your tracking number in your account and select the order you are looking for. The tracking will be in the order if it has been shipped. You should also have an email from Stamps.com that would have the Tracking Number.

Their refund/return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, they can't offer any refund or exchange. If it is within 10 days since you received your order, you have a postage-stamped package and you wish to return any item(s), that item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in its original packaging. They cannot accept returns of perishable, personal health and/or body care products. Additionally, they may add non-refundable/returnable items at their discretion. Products on their site that are not perishable are accessories. All other products are perishable and cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. At this time, they will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 45 days. In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted and this will be processed at their discretion for:
1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons unattributed to their error.
2. Any item that has been marked delivered 10 days or longer.

Whether you have questions about your account, your order status, or any of their products, they will assist you as soon as possible. Support phone and chat are available from 9 am-9 pm EST, their lines do often get busy so they encourage you to submit a form with your query, and they will aim to get back to you the same or the next day.

They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If they accept an item for exchange, they will replace it for the same item unless that item is no longer available. If the product is not available, they will replace it with a comparable item. To initiate an exchange or refund, send an email to [email protected]. Include photo documentation of the defective or damaged product along with your order number and order date. They will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your exchange request for damaged or defective products.
