Audeze Discount Code - October 2026

They hope you love your new Audeze headphones, but if you don't, they offer a 30-day return policy on direct sales with no penalty (assuming nothing is missing or damaged).

For most products, they cover three years for the drivers and one year for the rest of the parts, and this begins from the original date of retail purchase. Warranty on Mobius, Penrose, Maxwell, MM-100, and FILTER is one year for all parts including drivers.

Though they can ship to most regions worldwide, they encourage customers to purchase from a local authorized dealer. This way customers are assured local support when needed and would not have to pay additional shipping charges, customs fees, duties, etc. Also, if any need for warranty service should occur, it can be handled by their local distributor without the need to ship to the USA (Anything purchased from the US must be returned for service at the customer's expense). If you prefer to purchase directly from them, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your shipping address, and any import duties will be assessed by your government upon entry to the country.

Orders for in-stock items typically take 1-5 business days to process before they ship excluding weekends and holidays. In order to protect your purchase, there will be a signature required for delivery on all headphones. Delivery times are dependent on the carrier and are subject to change. Any customs charges, import duties, or surcharges will be assessed upon entry to your country and are your responsibility to pay. Customs charges are non-refundable.

You will be sent an email confirmation with the tracking number when your order ships.

Their refund policy is valid for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Any items returned after the 30-day period may be subject to a restocking fee. If you want to return your purchase for refunds, please email them at [email protected] and they will issue a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Please provide a brief reason for your return request, and the serial number of the product(s) you want to return (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to them. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
