If you're shopping online, make sure you are logged into your account. Once on your "Account" page, go to the "Loyalty" tab and click on the "Rewards Dollars" you want to redeem, then click "Apply to Cart". You can also apply rewards dollars from the cart or checkout. If you're shopping in an Allen Edmonds store, simply show your rewards dollars to the store associate (printed out or on your phone) or ask them to look it up in your account at checkout. Rewards Dollars may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. They can be used to purchase almost anything online or in the store, but may not be used to purchase gift cards.
