Sideshow Discount Code - October 2026

Rewards can be earned on almost every product that they sell through their online store. You earn 5% back on each purchase, so the savings add up fast! You can either hang onto these reward points for a larger discount or use them as you go to buy even more of your favorite statues and figures; you win, either way!

It depends on the estimated arrival of the collectible. They post an estimated arrival date on the product page. The product page contains the most up to date information as to when they expect to receive an item. Please note Customer Support does not have more up to date information than what is posted on the product page. Estimated arrival dates are subject to change at any time, and frequently do change depending on a variety of factors.

Yes. An e-mail notification is sent containing tracking information once your item(s) ships out.

If the order requires a non-refundable deposit, this deposit is kept as the cancellation fee; however, if your order has experienced a delay and will be arriving later than expected, you may cancel your order through your online account and will receive a full refund including your non-refundable deposit.

Flexible payment plans allow you to pay for an item in monthly installments. You select how many installments and the date of the month (5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, or 25th) for payments to process (similar to a layaway plan). Once the final payment and shipping amount has been processed, your item will ship.

Please allow 24 hours for the status of the order to update in your Sideshow account. You will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming the cancellation. Any payments (less the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded to the original payment method(s) within 2 to 5 business days. However, your banking institution may take up to 14 days to show the credit within your account.

Their goal at Sideshow is to ensure that their collectors are 100% satisfied with every purchase. As such, all of their direct customers are covered by a 30-day return & exchange window. This warranty starts at that highly anticipated moment when your item arrives on your doorstep. Just contact them within 30 days of delivery, and one of their expert Product Support Representatives can assist you in finding a solution that's right for your collection.

Sideshow's collectibles are hand-crafted and painted, which can create small differences between each piece, thus making them truly unique and totally awesome. While these natural variations are not considered flaws, items that arrive with production defects or those that have been damaged in transit can be exchanged (based on stock availability) or returned for a full refund. In these cases, Sideshow will assist you in returning the item at their expense.
